If there’s something wrong it doesn’t tell me. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2021-11-24* This app requests that you confirm your email and so it’s supposed to send you an email to click to confirm. Apparently its been a failure app for years ### 1/5 — It used to work, doesn’t now. *2024-06-11* I did have the app on an older phone (phone crashed), and it did work. It was nice to use to find what maintenance was due, and I think, the dealer would update it, similar to what a new car dealer does with your vehicle maintenance records. Now, I have a newer phone, thought I would try download the app and try to login. I get an error message. If I try to use the recover password and it does nothing. If I try to register again, it’s stuck in an infinite loop. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-06-08* Downloaded the app and then filled out the registration page. Clicked on register and got the spinning “loading” icon. It never would finish loading. Send password reset but never get an email. I guess quality here is about equivalent to the RVs they sell. Did not receive the email. ### 1/5 — Can’t login to app *2022-04-09* I’ve tried several times to login with no success. Called Heartland support and was told that the app was being updated and a new version would fix the issue. That was several months ago and the app is still unusable. From the store, it appears it would be a super app, too bad we can’t use it. ### 1/5 — Non-working *2022-01-12* The same people who build the rv’s must have made the app because it doesn’t work. Still haven’t received the email to confirm & finish setting up the account. It connected to our toy hauler and told us we had something recalled. It keeps track of all of our service records with them and I really enjoy the resources section. It includes how to videos, checklists and campfire stories.
