Update** turns out it was user error. Until I went to make a video that app didn’t see my camera or microphone. The people from Heart Legacy were so helpful to walk me through the process of fixing the issue. 
This is a fabulous app that allows us to stay in touch with family either when you live far away, or during a pandemic. Thank you for such a great app!
I love the idea of this app but there is no sound when viewing from an iPhone. There is sound on an iPad so I don’t think that it is an Apple issue.

HeartLegacy has been a breath of fresh air for our residents in our assisted living community especially during Covid-19. We have been able to keep families in touch with each other even during the quarantine period by way of the video messaging. It is so wonderful to see our residents’ faces light up when we bring them a new video from their families! Families love it too because it’s so easy to setup and all their interactions are automatically saved in HeartLegacy’s system so they can cherish them forever.
