## What is HeartLinking?

HeartLinking is a heart rate and wellness sharing app designed for close friends.
With Apple Watch, you can actively start sharing your live heart rate with accepted friends. You can also view the heart rate, steps, sleep, active minutes, and active energy trends that your friends choose to share. Live Activities on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen keep important information clearly visible when you need it.
Key Features:
• Live heart rate collection and sharing from Apple Watch
• Per-friend permissions for shared wellness data
• Recent health trends, daily status, and calendar details
• One-to-one private chats and shared room conversations
• Invite codes, friend requests, and contact management
• Reporting, removing and blocking users, and in-app account deletion
• English and Chinese interfaces with light and dark appearances
You decide whether to share your health data and who can view it. You can stop live heart rate sharing at any time and manage health data permissions separately for each friend.
HeartLinking does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or emergency medical services. Heart rate and wellness information in the app is intended only for everyday communication and personal reference. If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
