Day 1 and direct access to human crisis support are free. Check-in, 90-second immediate relief, the No-Contact companion, and later program days require monthly or yearly Premium. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial when shown in the purchase screen. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or canceled at any time in your Apple ID settings.
