## What is HeartPods?

HeartPods shows your live heart rate from AirPods Pro 3 on iPhone — tap once, see real BPM on screen.

Built for Apple Health (HealthKit): HeartPods reads heart rate during an active measurement session (as required by Apple's API for external heart rate on iPhone) and saves your workout to the Health app when you stop.

REQUIRES
• iPhone with iOS 26 or later
• AirPods Pro 3 with heart rate sensing
• Apple Health permissions (Heart Rate read, Workouts read & write)

HOW IT WORKS
1. Allow Apple Health access (primer explains why)
2. Wear AirPods Pro 3 with a snug fit
3. Tap to measure — countdown, then live heart rate
4. Tap again to stop — session saved to Apple Health

Health data stays on your device and in your iCloud-synced Health app. HeartPods does not send heart rate to our servers.
