You can play the queen of spades on the first hand and it seems like sometimes the cards go to the high card played and not the lead suit. ### 1/5 — ADS! ADS! ADS! *2025-09-03, version 1.01* The ADS are out of control! ADS after every round! You have to sit through more ads than actual game play. For such a basic, and I mean basic, set up the ads are insane! I downloaded these games for the donations you made to Ryan, but I’m done playing them. WILD! ### 1/5 — Tooooo many ads *2025-07-26, version 1.01* Game itself is clean and fun. But literally an ad after every hand. It’s too much. Takes away from the fun of the game. Throw a guide or simple tutorial and it would be so much better. Without this it makes it hard to get into. Even if I played hearts years and years ago. ### 3/5 — Ads & Incorrect rules *2025-11-12, version 1.02* As many have mentioned before there’s a TON of ads…after every round of play and after you want to start a new round. That last is infuriating as you have to sift through to rounds of ads after finishing a game. Secondly…this game allows for the queen of spades to be played in the opening hand of a game…which is always infuriating. Never seen that happen in any version of hearts. Otherwise the interface is enjoyable. If this gameplay bug doesn’t get fixed though I’ll almost certainly end of going back to other hearts games ### 3/5 — Tons of ads and a weird ruleset *2025-07-27, version 1.01* The layout and general gameplay is quite good and well thought out, but it’s ruined by two things. First, after the first few hands there are so many ads - one after every hand. Not game, hand. It gets incredibly obnoxious very quickly. Also, there’s no way to change any of the rules (e.g. passing, jack of diamonds variation, point goal, etc.) and it straight up breaks a fairly essential and very common one, the no blood on the first hand rule. The AI is also questionable at best, it often seems like it tries to shoot the moon even when someone else already has a heart. It’s a weird mix of very well thought out in a lot of ways while being weirdly designed and almost too simple to be playable for more than a few games. ### 3/5 — No Instructions *2025-07-10, version 1.01* I suppose the game is fine, but I’m not entirely sure I remember how to play? Unfortunately I can’t find any training rounds, and there are no instruct anywhere. What I’ve looked up doesn’t help because I don’t know if this version of hearts is exactly like the ones I’ve found instructions for.
