## What is Hearts of Athletes?

You are invited to participate in the Hearts of Athletes (Duke University, NCT04736004) study.
The Hearts of Athletes Study app is for data capture for the observational Hearts of Athletes study. This study is being conducted to determine the heart involvement with COVID-19 in athletes. By Installing the Hearts of Athletes study app on your phone, you are able to provide eConsent, complete questionnaires, receive study reminders, access educational content and complete other tasks at your convenience.
