I used to dance in a studio when I was a teenager and have missed dancing like that since I stopped. This app reminds of those days but instead I can now dance at home! I love that there are various styles offered, with the Tone program being my favorite. Also, I appreciate that there is a nutrition section with a ton of recipe options for if I ever get bored with my current meals. They might as well just say they buy them from their employers. The app ui itself is atrocious and nothing on the app actually works. Perhaps good in theory but execution is failing. ### 5/5 — I love the aerobics and mat pilates! *2025-02-20, version 1.0.9* The videos on this app are so much fun and make it enjoyable to burn calories and build some muscle. My favorites are the 80s Aerobics program and TONE program but I enjoy all of them. Great moves, fun instructors, and the costumes and sets give a lot to look at. Doing a program that gives me what to eat everyday and workout to do everyday helped me lose almost 20 pounds and it didn’t feel like a painful process.
