At first I was frustrated I had to download an app at all - but it was quick. You DONT need to set up an account! The UI is clear, clean, and intuitive. And the heater works just as advertised. Very happy I stumbled across this tool with summer coming up because I get completely attacked by mosquitos. The user interface is straightforward and simple. And it does what it says. Most bites I have treated never itch again. My only suggestion is a pause after warm up. ### 5/5 — LEGIT WORKS! *2025-09-30* So this thing is awesome and works! It has a little pain factor to it, which is normal per the instructions. It doesn’t hurt bad bad but it has a little bite to it and you can adjust the settings. It is direct heat to a bite! But the heat and little burn it has relieves itching almost instantly after treatment… it’s a satisfying sensation tbh.. my kids use it and they are as young as 4. I’m saying all this to not deter users from it but to let you know it WORKS! My wife has skeeter syndrome and reacts bad to bites. One treatment with this thing and she has relief! It doesn’t seem to realize it’s in my phone even though it’s lit up. I put it in my husbands android and had no problems. Unfortunately, the current Android heat it (USB-C) is not compatible with the iPhone 15. We are working on a new version that will be compatible with both Android and the new iPhone. I realized the iPhone 15 was just released so it might take a moment for them to update the app, but as of writing this review, the USB-C version does not work with the iPhone 15 which has a USB-C port. It works, but it’s sometimes difficult to run water on just the bite (or bites), and it can take a minute for the water to warm up, assuming you have access to hot water at any given moment. This works SO much better! It’s quick, dry, precise, and easy to carry with you wherever you go. The interface is so easy, and the relief is instantaneous. This product is THE perfect bite relief solution. Amaze amaze amaze ### 5/5 — Works Perfectly *2026-07-20* Doubter here! 👋 I didn’t see how this could possibly work, but in reading the reviews it seemed that it works for everyone! And being inexpensive I decided to try it. IT WORKS. The heat neutralizes the itch and boom, it’s gone. The app is as easy to use as possible and it literally opens when you insert the device into your phone charge port. The heat from the device isn’t bad (to me!). 6 seconds of heat and the itch is gone. I’d recommend this to anyone , especially my people who become a buffet for mosquitoes when they go outside. Tatsächlich ist der Heat it sehr viel weniger Aufwand als ein Gel zu kaufen und aufzubrauchen, weil er schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Auch die App ist sehr einfach gestaltet und aufgebaut und einfach zu bedienen. It’s stopped me from scratching so much that I leave a scratch or a scar. That’s worth it for me. Note, I’m not using it on mosquito bites. I’m using it on what I think are mite bites and a couple hours after the bite, not immediately.
