I am neurodivergent, and as someone who deals with overstimulation, and or just needing to recharge frequently, this app is so helpful. I love the ambient noises you can edit and adjust, and the heat pad stimulation itself !! :)

This app is amazing and has always been here to help me calm down, I would definitely recommend it! The reason why I am only giving it 4 stars is because it says that you can listen to noise but it does not work, I do not know if it is me or the app. Otherwise this app is great.
