Makes ordering oil and checking prices quick and efficient. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Just another oil company *2026-03-16* Unfortunately, Heatable started out like gangbusters, but has now become just another example of greed. When Heatable started out in the area a few years ago, they were great. Easy to set up a delivery. Easy to set up an account. Prices were VERY competitive. Deliveries occurred within a day or two after placing orders. Now, after being bought out by another company (I believe), they’ve moved their operations from small town friendly, to big city uptown. Now it takes over a week to get your delivery, and prices have risen from cheaper or the same as elsewhere, to 50¢ or more compared to others. Sad to see this happen, but not surprised. Well done Heatable, keeping things real … ### 1/5 — Won’t load *2025-09-22* App will not get further than the loading screen. Seems it doesn’t work on Apple products. So 3 stars till the app is fixed. Other companies in the past have taken over a week to get to me because “that’s when we will be in the area”... Heatable every time so far has come within 24 hours. This app truly did help me find a better deal and everyone at the company was helpful and kind. No more having to call during specific hours for tentative pricing or to sort of schedule a delivery that might arrive sometime in the next week if I remember to put a check on the door because they don’t take credit/debit cards. Heatable solved all the issues I had with ordering heating oil. They made it as easy as clicking a couple buttons on my phone. And, they’ve always delivered the next day... except for one time when I ordered on the app while I was on lunch break at work, and got the notification that it had been delivered while I was on my way home that same day. Hmmm... funny thing. It looks like a few of my neighbors have started using Heatable too.
