## What is Heather Scott Challenge (Level 1)?

This amazing 30 day program is designed to get you in shape, FAST!  6 full workouts!! Each workout can be done in about 30 minutes a day from the comfort of your home, traveling or anywhere!

Studies have proven that working out to your own selected music can further motivate you, resulting in an increase of workout effectiveness.  In this program, Heather Scott takes you through each awesome workout with your own playlists playing as the background music!!

This is a 2 level workout - Level 1 starting you at a beginners level and Level 2 taking it up a notch!  Before you know it you will be in amazing shape!  Don't worry, the program's calendar makes it easy for you to see what workout is on schedule for each day.  All workouts are included - no in-app purchases necessary.
