## Most critical reviews (2 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not as expected

*2018-02-04*

This is only fuel comparison software, it’s not a utility for working out or logging your fuel costs per year. It’s of absolutely no use to me. I have no idea why anyone would need this. I obviously misread or i wouldn’t have purchased. Waste of money.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the review. The idea behind the app is quite clearly described in the description. It is based on a known, estimated or calculated consumption of a heating system. When replacing a boiler or other heat generator like a heat pump or when trying to decide which heat generator is best suited (i.e. offers the lowest operating cost) for a specific home, this app might help.

To be completely clear, the app does not offer any kind of logging fuel consumption or cost. It is a simple calculation app.

While the disappointment of the user is to be understood for purchasing something they do not need, the review is wrong and misplaced. The app description is truthful and does not suggest the app does what this user wanted.

### 2/5 — Designed for European market

*2016-07-18*

Perhaps it says it somewhere, but it wasn't obvious to me that the data/units are predefined only for the European market. I.e. Firewood is priced at euro/cubic meter, and not by the cord, oil by euro per liter, etc... After doing all the conversions manually for the US market, the app then doesn't save the updated data...
