### 3/5 — Großartige Idee – bitte diese Funktion unbedingt umsetzen!

Wir lieben die HeatsBox und nutzen sie täglich – sie ist wirklich genial, vor allem für Kinder! 

Aber eine Sache fehlt dringend:
Bitte ergänzt eine Funktion, mit der man jeden Tag automatisch zur gleichen Uhrzeit (bzw. muss es einstellbar sein) das Essen warm machen lassen kann – ohne es jeden Morgen neu einstellen zu müssen. 
Das wäre eine riesige Entlastung im Familienalltag!

Außerdem wäre es super, wenn man die HeatsBox auch von außerhalb programmieren könnte, z. B. wenn die Großeltern sie mit Essen füllen.

Ich hoffe sehr, dass ihr diese Funktionen bald integriert – das würde die HeatsBox perfekt machen und noch viel alltagstauglicher für Familien!

Pour le moment je l’ai depuis trois mois, je n’ai pas eu de soucis. Par contre je trouve que l’application est mal traduite.  Merci de revoir la traduction. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de mots, ça ne devrait pas prendre beaucoup de temps.

L’app funziona bene, per gli utenti Apple prestare la massima attenzione perché l’app non installa automaticamente i permessi per l’uso del Bluetooth, eventualmente del Wi-Fi o la geolocalizzazione, quindi bisogna entrare manualmente nella privacy e permettere all’App di accedere al Bluetooth. sono soddisfatto

Ma Heatsbox Go achetée en Août 2024 a subitement cessé de fonctionner après à peine 5 mois d'utilisation à raison de 3x par semaine.
Quant à l’application elle est peu intuitive, peut être du fait d’une traduction FRbmaladroite. 
Au final, un produit qui semblait prometteur mais pas très robuste et en plus le service ne suit pas.

I’ve tried using the timer function for at least 3 times, however the light on the heatsbox never turn yellow and the timer doesn’t set no matter how many times I set the time to 1230.

Wenn der Akku nicht für die Gewählte Dauer ausreicht kein Feedback. App beendet sich einfach. Es kommt keine Rückmeldung Connection-Lost oder Akku reicht nicht für ausgewählten Modus. Wenn der Akku ausreichend geladen ist kommt keine Rückmeldung „Fertig“. Ein Alarm wäre wünschenswert.

Die App ist einfach und simpel aufgebaut. Macht am Ende das was sie soll und die Box wird sofort verbunden. 

Es gibt jedoch aktuell einen kleinen Fehler. 

Wenn ich in den Einstellungen das 24h Format auswähle, hab ich das 12h Format und anders herum. 

Da ist also bei der Programmierung etwas vertauscht. 

Aber sonst läuft sie super und stabil. 

+++ was aber noch gut wäre, wenn man aus dem Timer Fenster wieder zurück zur Übersicht geht, wo man alles einstellen kann und auch die aktuell erreichte Temperatur sehen kann, ist es mir schon passiert dass er den Vorgang beendet hat. 

Wäre super wenn das nicht einfach passiert und man die Ansicht wechseln kann. Vielleicht kann man das verhindern, wenn der Nutzer aktiv noch mal ein popup bekommen würde, indem er den Abbruch bestätigen müsste, damit das nicht einfach schnell nebenbei passiert.
