Following that, I attempted to recharge for $14.99, and while the payment was successful, all episodes are still locked. I have saved all the screenshots to reference. I have reached out to them via email, but I have not received a reply yet. ### 1/5 — BUYERS BEWARE!! Unworthy of the Star BUT only way to write a review. *2025-01-12* Read Reviews Before Buying! Definitely something going on at “HeatShhort” paid 24.99 (plus taxes mind you) for weekly subscription. It clearly states “All FREE in a Week” and dramas are still locked except for the teasers of the dramas you want to watch. If you cannot provide satisfactory conditions then a Refund is due asap just like how I paid. But can’t do this because it’s not coming up at App Store. Tried downloading on iPhone but was given a new account. Not recognizing I already have account. At first is seems like the others, but when I paid for the monthly subscription it fails to recognize that I am a VIP member. I can’t continue watching the shorts I want to without having to pay, and the ads don’t even work so you can’t redeem coins with ads. I would suggest not downloading this app for now. Not only are you unable to access the episodes you paid for, you are constantly asked to create an account and then repay for access using the failed method from before. Avoid completely. Also - very limited selection. And not in a ‘bad customer service’ kind of way, but in a ‘they took my money and gave me absolutely nothing’ kind of way. I signed up, got charged, and then… nothing. No access. No service. Just a charge on my account for something I literally can’t use. And when I tried to fix it? Crickets. No real support, no resolution, just me sitting here, out of my money, staring at an app that won’t even let me in. At this point, it’s not just bad business—it’s predatory. You can’t take people’s money and then not provide the service they paid for. That’s not a glitch; that’s theft. If this is how HEAT operates, I highly recommend you save your money and put it toward an app that actually delivers what it promises. Because right now, this one? Your Weekly Subscription of 24.99 doesn’t work at all BUT the HIGHER MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of 69.99 works. Is this some kind of scam? So to finish out the drama I had to purchase coins which added up to a bit more for a weekly subscription! It shows when the subscription is due to be renewed, but when I go to the app, it keeps telling me that I haven’t paid for the subscription I’ve tried to contact the developer through the feedback.
