By using this app, you can measure your heart rate regularly and check for the risk of heat stroke


[Main functions]

① Judge the risk from the heart rate
　With reference to the heatstroke prevention measures indicated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, heart rate (180 bpm) - monitor the time exceeding age,
If it continues for a certain period of time, it will be judged as a dangerous state.

② Notification of dangerous situations
　If it is judged to be in a dangerous state, it will be notified by vibration.
