They Just charge you and no feature work after subscription fee , very bad service and extremely disappointing

They just revamped the app. I must say it is saddening. Most of the features don’t work. And those that do have no sense to them - how does even send a request? You can’t. You can only bookmark.

Please put out a decent app.
