I was looking for a data collection app that can  work offline for a while and finally found this one. It is exactly what I needed. Great fit for my daily inspection needs.

Has an excavator as it's splash page and icon, but no where is there any function for excavators or heavy equipment.

Perhaps a name change to "truck and crane" inspection since it's designed for trucks and cranes.
