## What is Heavy Go?

Heavy Go is a complete operations platform for heavy-equipment rental businesses. It brings your fleet, maintenance, procurement, staff, and daily field work into one app, so your team can run the whole operation from a phone.

Built for equipment-rental companies and their crews, Heavy Go replaces scattered spreadsheets and paperwork with a single, real-time workspace.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Dashboard — see fleet status, staff on duty, open work, and key metrics at a glance.
• Equipment & fleet — track every machine, its availability, location, and rental rate.
• Maintenance & work orders — create, assign, and complete PM and repair jobs, log parts and costs.
• Work & purchase requests — raise, route, and approve work requests, purchase requests, and HR requests.
• Attendance — staff check in and out with GPS, with a monthly attendance history.
• Rental contracts & reports — manage contracts and review operational reports.
• Team chat — message and @mention colleagues about jobs and equipment.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works in Lao, Thai, English, and Chinese.
• Fast, offline-tolerant, and designed for use on-site.

Heavy Go is a business tool used by rental companies and their authorized staff. Accounts are provided by your company — there is no in-app purchase or subscription to buy. The app contains no advertising.
