## What is Heavy?

Heavy turns your screen time into physical weight. The more you use your phone, the heavier it becomes. Not a lecture. Not a chart. A feeling.

Tap "Check My Phone's Weight" and Heavy reads your screen time, calculates a weight in kilograms, and delivers escalating haptic pulses so you literally feel the heaviness in your hand. A feather at 15 minutes. A brick at 3 hours. A black hole at 12.

This isn't another screen time app that shows you a number and hopes you care. People don't change because of information. They change because of reframing. Heavy reframes your usage as something physical, tangible, and slightly uncomfortable.

HOW IT WORKS

Your phone starts each day at 0.5kg. Every hour of screen time adds 0.3kg. Heavy reads your actual Screen Time data and converts it into one of seven weight levels:

- Feather (under 30 min)
- Pebble (under 1.5 hours)
- Brick (under 3 hours)
- Dumbbell (under 5 hours)
- Anchor (under 8 hours)
- Boulder (under 12 hours)
- Black Hole (12+ hours)

Each level has its own haptic signature. Light taps for a feather. Deep, heavy thuds for a boulder. You feel the difference before you see the number.
