## What is Heavyday?

Heavyday is a gym training app for people who lift.

PLANS THAT FIT YOUR WEEK
13 coach-written plans, from a first-week full body to a six-day split. Answer four questions and start the right one today. Chest on Monday, back on Tuesday: the classic split is the default.

LOG EVERY SET
Weight, reps and rest for every set. The rest timer starts itself when a set is done and keeps counting with the phone locked. Records are marked the moment you beat them.

EVERY MOVEMENT, SHOWN RIGHT
412 movements shown at gym speed, with the working muscles lit up. Setup, cues, tempo and the mistakes coaches see most. Slow motion at half and quarter speed. Save clips offline and train without signal.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Weekly volume, personal records, push/pull/legs balance and body weight, on one screen.

No account. No ads. No tracking. Your training stays on your phone.

Heavyday Pro is a subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly; the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime.

Help & feedback from Settings.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-11

A clip that fails to load now says so and gives you a Try again button, instead of sitting on a still frame.
