Everytime that I go to look up a word, an ad pops up.

I am blind and so I use dictate in order to enter text and I find in this app that if I dictate text into the search field a space is put before and aftter the word by this app then this  app cannot find the Hebrew equivalent of the word I'm looking for so I have to type in the word manually in order to use this app
Secondly I paid to have the ads removed so how come when I start up the app there is an ad for Google
