Build a fitness-first profile with your home gym, training style, goals, schedule, and optional PRs. Heda uses that information to suggest compatible people nearby so you can find partners who train where and when you do.

Stay consistent with daily step leaderboards, streaks, and activity stats. Connect Apple Health to sync steps, compete with friends and local lifters, and make showing up feel social.

When two people connect, Heda opens a private chat so they can coordinate workouts, share goals, and keep each other accountable.
