They keep my funds, and thankfully I only deposited $60. It's been about two months of trying to withdraw that $60. The app claims the transaction goes through and that it will be completed within 1 to 5 business days, but when I check the transaction history, it never shows up. I repeatedly attempt to withdraw, but it never succeeds. I highly doubt I will ever see that money again. I want to warn others to avoid making the same mistake—stick to reputable apps like Robinhood.
