I can’t see my insurances.

I tried to use the chat to ask Hedvig a question about my insurance order. I type a whole message and hit send but the message just disappears. I had to retype it again and the issue repeated several times. If the chat is the main channel to get in touch with Hedvig, it is very concerning that this issue exists

If possible please reach out to team@hedvig.com mentioning this issue with details about your phone like iOS version & model and we will do our best to fix this.

The app asks to enter the code sent to my email, but despite pressing re-send 30 times, no email has been sent. Makes the app unusable.

It’s 2023 and the app can’t take a credit card payment?

The payment is made through digital direct debit which you connect to you bank account in the app. It is not possible to connect you debit card to the payment through direct debit.

Mycket problem med att koppla bankkonto. Finns ingen som kan hjälpa.

På hemsida och app står ”Samma skydd till ett bättre pris” vilket inte är sant. Blev utsatt för rån och får inte ens ut 30% av värdet. Hos IF hade jag fått ut 100%, gör inte om mitt misstag väl ett seriöst försäkringsbolag.
