## What is Heeler for herdr?

Heeler is a native iOS companion for herdr, an agent-first terminal runtime.

See every coding agent running on your machines in one priority-sorted console. Open an Agent to read and steer its live terminal, draft prompts locally with the standard iOS keyboard, and send complete messages when you are ready.

PRIVACY
Heeler has no analytics or account system. SSH credentials stay in the iOS Keychain. Live terminal output and prompts travel directly between your device and your own Host over SSH. Notification content is encrypted on your Host before passing through the push relay.

REQUIREMENTS
Heeler requires access to a machine running herdr 0.7.5 or later with OpenSSH Remote Login enabled. Install the included herdr plugin to scan a Pairing Code and enable Agent Notifications.

- Heeler comes to iPad with a two-column Console, portrait and landscape layouts, and multiple windows in Stage Manager.
- Drag text and images into Compose on iPad.
- Use hardware keyboard shortcuts to switch Agents, search, start an Agent, and send your draft.
- The Terminal keyboard fills the available width without getting taller. Direct Input buttons now have consistent sizing and spacing.
- Fixed saved Agent List Fields blocking edits after switching builds, and pairing errors disappearing before you could read them.
