Tried installing the app with a foreign number but an error came up. Zero support despite multiple chats that ended with bots that gave the same response that an agent is coming to help but never show up.

I really hope someone would see this and actually take it seriously! 
We really need a new app designed because the current design is way too basic (not in a good way) but in a way that makes me don’t want to use it anymore too slow no   Epayment, I understand you guys want to make the app easier to use but it’s actually making it easier to make me us a different app. THANK YOU.

Au menu :
- Refus de rembourser les frais d'annulation quand le chauffeur ne vient jamais
- Fausse position des véhicules sur la carte
- Mauvaise plaque ou identité (peu de vérifications sur les chauffeurs)

waited for a taxi it said six minutes never turned up so I waited five more minutes so I tried calling them they did not answer. They declined the call. Waited hour and 30 minutes on the side of the road waiting no taxis buses or trains until someone gave me a lift to my hotel. And I’m not even from this place.

En sortant de l’adidas arena un soir de match donc a porte la chapelle par 3 fois des chauffeurs ont accepté puis refusé la course sans aucune raison. Je précise qu’il y a 20 mn de trajet jusque chez moi. Pourquoi accepter puis refuser des courses qui pénalisent les clients? Cet incident est dommage car le service est très souvent excellent: des chauffeurs professionnels des voitures très correctes et les prix les plus interessants sur ce marché a ce jour.

It’s sad that an app that was created for people to find rides to go to their destinations never finds a rider and every time it says all drivers are busy, the price gets higher and still doesn’t find any driver. I would really advise to do better because it doesn’t provide any good service, I’m sorry!!
