## What is HeicSwap?

HeicSwap turns the HEIC photos your iPhone shoots into normal files you can actually use — JPG, PNG, or a clean multi-page PDF — and it does it entirely on your device.

Your photos never leave your iPhone. There's no server, no upload, and no account. We even ship an automated test that fails the build if the app makes a single network call while converting.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Convert HEIC, PNG, and JPG to JPG, PNG, or HEIC
• Combine several photos into one multi-page PDF — drag to reorder the pages
• Convert a whole batch in a single tap
• Resize to a maximum dimension, or shrink under a target file size (perfect for upload limits and forms)
• Strip EXIF and GPS location data so you never share where a photo was taken

Everything runs on-device with Apple's own imaging tools. Your images are never collected or uploaded. We use only anonymous, aggregated usage stats to improve the app — never your photos, filenames, or location.
