## What is Height Mode?

Height Mode helps teenagers and parents track height over time, understand a carefully labelled estimated adult-height range, and support healthy routines without fake promises.

MEASURE WITH LESS NOISE
- Log height and optional weight with date, time, and source
- Use repeat checks when readings disagree
- Keep long-term measurement history and see trends rather than daily noise

UNDERSTAND THE RANGE
- See a lower, central, and upper estimated adult-height range
- Understand which inputs increase or reduce confidence
- Review changing growth-stage inputs without rewriting measurement history

BUILD A HEALTHY ROUTINE
- Check in on sleep, food basics, movement, hydration, posture, and recovery
- Schedule optional local reminders that can mirror to Apple Watch
- Connect read-only Apple Health data through HealthKit in own-growth mode
- Get private on-device explanations on supported Apple Intelligence devices, with a built-in fallback

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your core profile, measurements, routine history, coach notes, and approved Apple Health data stay on your device. There is no public profile, posting, ranking, direct messaging, advertising, or remote health-profile upload in this release. Export or share only when you choose.

Height Mode provides a heuristic estimate and general wellness guidance. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or guarantee of final height. Speak with a qualified clinician about growth, puberty, eating, pain, fatigue, or other health concerns.

Some features require Height Mode Premium, an auto-renewable subscription available monthly or annually. Any trial, local price, and renewal period are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel in App Store subscriptions and restore purchases in the app.
