It should be: 1. Location 2. Service 3. Date & Time 4. Therapist If my preferred therapist is not available, I have others that may work. The current setup requires me to take a shot in the dark with an “any therapist” option, or go on a ghost hunt for different therapist availability. Let me choose the date & time and then show me who is available. Simple. ### 3/5 — Services *2026-03-17, version 5.15.6* The therapist was Awesome!!! He was very professional and informative of everything he was doing. I truly enjoyed my session. There is one problem I had when my session was over. I went to the front desk pay for my services and I was asked my form of payment. I informed the young lady at the desk I had a gift card. She said, okay and I proceeded to give her the gift card. I was immediately asked did I want to leave a tip without her even informing me of my total. I was so confused by the question that I didn’t even ask what was the total. That is not a question that should be asked to the customer. If the customer wants to leave a tip then he/she will say it. A customer could have given the therapist a cash tip but wishes not to disclose it. The other thing is that if you are a returning customer they automatically add a tip hit that is not posted on the website nor in the facility. The young lady was very professional and nice but the above concern needs to be addressed. I was trying to go online to see my gift card balance but it keeps saying that my email address and/or my phone number and the gift card number isn’t valid which is very frustrating. Overall the service was good but there are some changes that need immediate attention! The rating I gave is because the therapist was Awesome!!!! ### 3/5 — Once something is fixed, another breaks *2023-09-11, version 5.8.0* There is ALWAYS something wrong with at least one element of this app. Right now it’s that they still take 120 minute massages but the app only allows to schedule 90. So although the app should make it convenient to schedule and not have to call, it’s NOT. ### 2/5 — Bring back the old version *2022-08-07, version 5.4.45* The new app released in July 2022 is awful. Not only does it crash or hang up constantly, the 2-hr massage option isn’t even available now, rendering this app completely useless for booking. Please fix this! I shouldn’t have to call the facility directly to book a 2-hr massage, but low and behold, that’s what I have to do now. ### 2/5 — Update is horrible *2022-08-04, version 5.4.45* Ever since the update my app WILL NOT WORK. It just freezes as soon as I open it. So I tried to book on the website and even though I got a confirmation they didn’t have my appointment when I went in for my massage. Horrible since the update, I had no issues before ### 1/5 — New version of app is ‘frozen’ *2022-08-01, version 5.4.40* Installed update and now app is not functional at all. It hangs with the spinning wheel of death on the ‘rate your experience’ with your last appointment page and can’t move past it no matter what I try. ### 1/5 — App no longer works after update release *2022-08-01, version 5.4.40* I loved the older version of the app - it worked perfectly for me to schedule appts, etc. Since last week’s release, the app is completely unusable. I get just the spinning loading icon, and am not able to access anything. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling 3x, but nothing changes. There is no way to contact support on the app, it just takes you to a page to contact your local retreat - but they can’t resolve this issue. Please fix :-) ### 1/5 — The app *2022-07-31, version 5.4.40* The app will not go pass the rating of the masseuse after the latest update. It was working fine up till this update. ### 1/5 — App Locks Up *2022-07-29, version 5.4.40* The app has a fundamental glitch where it locks up as it’s opening. I can see a pop up that is requesting a review on my last service but I just get a spinning wheel. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still get the same issue. The app has been rendered completely useless. Please fix it!! ### 2/5 — Is always Frozen *2022-07-25, version 5.4.40* The app was okay but now no matter if I delete and reinstall the app the spinning wheel of death pops up and doesn't allow me to navigate anywhere. This company is so antiquated. I'll follow my masseuse to the ends of the earth though so here I'll stay for now. ### 1/5 — was great until they changed it *2022-07-25, version 5.4.40* I’m getting really tired of companies that change everything to rebrand or relogo stuff every couple of months, and then need to rebuild apps, websites, issue new cards, etc. It’s a pain for the customers. I only book through the app, and now since they’ve redone the logo to an ugly squid looking thing, it freezes up my (new, fully updated) phone, and is unusable. Before this change, the app was great. The only thing I didn't like is that it wouldn’t tell you who your past appointments were with, which is a nice feature to have if you get someone new and want to remember or rebook with them. Maybe this newer version does that, but I’ll never know, bc it doesn’t work at all. ### 2/5 — New version locks up *2022-07-23, version 5.4.40* The new app locks up. After the pop up to rate my last visit, which was great, the app lock locks up with a buffering icon in the middle screen. I have an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice. It continues to lock after logging in. ### 2/5 — Why can’t I see payment history? *2021-09-23, version 1.20.5* One expected feature that is oddly absent from both the app and the website account is the ability to see a running total of your membership credits, when they accumulated and when they were used. Also, basic things just like receipts for services or membership dues - nowhere to be found. Also the app is kind of slow and clunky for scheduling appointments. The UI in general is not very intuitive and there are useless features instead of useful ones. ### 1/5 — 0 technical support *2021-04-09, version 1.18.1* I’ve been a member for years. Despite several requests for help, I’ve never been able to see my membership or available credits. I can’t book appointments with credits online. There is no contact information for support, just a note to go to your home retreat. No one there is trained in technical support. The app is completely worthless for me. ### 1/5 — Clunky app, little information. *2020-07-26, version 1.15.10* I have a membership. When I try to find out how many massages are available or specific payment info, nada. I can make an appointment, but is always easier to call. This app really doesn’t do anything except stress me out, which requires a massage.... Wait, I just figured it out. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2020-06-27, version 1.15.10* Doesn’t work at all. Does not sync info with my existing account. What a waste of time ### 1/5 — App is unreadable *2020-06-15, version 1.15.1* The scaling on the app is so awful, I can’t read it. The text is huge and cuts off parts of the words, especially when choosing a time, I have to guess. App support is no help, and “contact us” on the website takes me nowhere. This app “used” to work fine. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, no fix. It’s a bit disappointing that you can no long make skin care appointments only massage appointments. For such a large company, you would think they would have a better app. It’s useless. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work - maybe fake? *2024-03-30, version 5.11.0* Don’t bother - app doesn’t know recognize user, even after log in. App doesn’t allow picking other locations, or you can pick and then it reverts back to home location. App doesn’t remember login info. I’m worried this was a fake app collecting password and credit card info. Best to skip and call directly to the location. ### 1/5 — Dishonest *2024-03-01, version 5.10.0* Can’t cancel your charges after a year you signed in for. They always claim they haven’t heard your cancellation. So my credit card doesn’t cancel either. ### 1/5 — Trash *2024-01-26, version 5.10.0* You can’t book appointments, it doesn’t register your membership, you can’t add elevations, and the website is also no help. ### 1/5 — App can’t even tell I HAVE a membership *2023-10-01, version 5.8.0* Logged in with my correct email and personal info and I can’t book in the app because it can’t tell I’m a member. So ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Non working app *2023-03-01, version 5.6.2* I firmly gave up and deleted this terrible app from my phone. Unlike other iPhone apps it doesn’t allow storage of your username and password and each time I attempt to log in I’m locked out. Seriously terrible. After 3 attempts you’re locked out and have to consistently reset your password or call the front desk to book a massage appointment, rendering the app completely useless. ### 1/5 — Cannot Update Payment Info for Expired Card *2022-10-26, version 5.5.1* If your card on file has expired, you cannot: - Delete it to replace it with a new card - Edit it to change the expiration date/ CVV - Add the new version of the card with the revised expiration date as a new payment method because “the card already exists in the account.” You are making it impossible for me to pay you. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with local locations *2022-09-27, version 5.5.1* If you sign up in a location this app won’t connect to your account. You have to download this app and create an account here, then tell your location what your account is. I signed up in-store and now nothing connects so I cannot order anything through the app or I’ll pay full price without any member benefits. I tried to contact them to fix this, but they don’t have customer service. They tell me to visit a local branch, but the local branch doesn’t have access to the app database because the kids who work there aren’t app database experts. So now I have an account I can’t use and an app I can’t use, and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet as a customer. I’m quitting and deleting the app since this company is disorganized and the onboarding experience as a customer was horrible. ### 1/5 — Nearly unusable *2022-08-19, version 5.4.51* Once you start trying to book an appointment there is no way to go back to the main menu.
