Maybe beta test before you push it live?? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. No response to email support team *2024-09-03* It would be great if it worked. I emailed the app support. No answer. Spoke with the office, apparently it’s been an issue. Seems like a poor choice of a developer team to not have a working app or at the least responsive support team to help when it goes on the Fritz. ### 1/5 — App not working *2024-06-02* The App is not working I can not go into the app to see what my pup is do for can you please fix the problem.
