## What is Heiki?

Take a photo of your meal. Heiki gives you the calories, protein, carbs and fat in seconds.

No searching a food database. No weighing. No typing every ingredient.

SNAP YOUR PLATE
Home cooking, takeout, a plate at a restaurant: Heiki sees what's on the plate and counts it for you. No photo? "Two cheeseburgers and fries" is enough.

EVERY MACRO, EVERY MEAL
Calories, protein, carbs and fat, added up for your day. Set a target from your goal and see what's left at a glance.

MISSED SOMETHING? HEIKI ASKS
Whole milk or skim? When the photo can't tell, Heiki asks one quick question. One tap, or skip it.

SEE YOUR WEEK
One big dinner never ruins anything. Heiki looks at the whole week, not just today.

Eating out? Snap the menu. Not sure what to have for dinner? Ask the coach, who knows your week.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Faces are blurred before a photo leaves your phone. Meal photos are deleted after 30 days. Your data is never sold.

FREE TO START
Three days with no account, then 14 days of Pro free with Sign in with Apple. After that Heiki stays free, with a wait between estimates. Pro removes the wait and adds the coach, menu photos and the weekly summary.

Works on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with Apple Health, Siri and widgets.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.2 — 2026-10-15

Setting up Heiki and trying Pro are clearer.
• During setup, your daily calories are shown as the meals they make, with the month you could reach your goal weight.
• After you start a free trial of Pro, a short note explains how the trial works. Profile shows your trial and what comes after it.
• On iPhone and iPad, a new card in Profile connects Apple Health in one step: your meals go to Health, and your workouts can add to your day.
• When you sign in, you now see that Heiki may email you tips and offers. You can stop them any time in Profile.
• If you enjoy Heiki, a card on Today lets you rate Heiki on the App Store.
• Smaller fixes and improvements.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-13

Trying and choosing Heiki Pro is simpler.
• Start a free trial of Pro right from the plans, in one tap.
• Changed your mind after "Not now"? The plans are in Profile and on Today whenever you want them.
• During your trial, Heiki may email you a lower price to keep Pro. You can turn these emails off in Profile.
• If you keep the suggested goal weight during setup, Heiki now saves it and shows when you could reach it.
• Smaller fixes and improvements.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-12

Heiki has a new look, from Today to Profile.
• Today shows your whole day at a glance: your calories with their range, your meals side by side, and your week across the top. One tap on the shutter opens the camera.
• Log again: if you often eat the same breakfast, add it again in one tap, from Today or the Journal.
• The Journal shows your meals week by week, and you can search them.
• Balance first tells you what would help this week, then shows each food group in detail.
• Ask Heiki about any day, meal or week, right from where you are.
• Heiki now has tabs, with a sidebar on iPad and Mac.
• Profile is simpler, with your settings in one place.

### 1.1.12 — 2026-10-07

• Deleting your account now also removes Heiki from your Apple ID, if you use Sign in with Apple.
• We updated our privacy policy. It now explains how long we keep information, including after you delete your account.
• Opening Heiki from a notification no longer closes the app.
• Small fixes and improvements.

### 1.1.10 — 2026-10-04

Small fixes and improvements.
