## What is Heimtextil Navigator?

The Navigator-App is the official guide for visitors of Messe Frankfurt’s Heimtextil exhibition.

It contains all the official information of the organizer, even without an internet connection you will find information in the exhibitor search, events and fairground.



The app offers the following features (Please note that some features might be deactivated temporarily):


Exhibitors: search for companies and products, filter and sort functions available, also find contact persons ad exhibitor events. Add Photos and Notes to an exhibitor and share them.

Fairground: floor plan with booth details. Find your favourites within the hall plan with the quick finder.

Events: everything that’s happening during the show like special exhibits, conventions etc. Add them to your personal calendar or add them to your personal watchlist/favourites. Add Photos and Notes to an event and share them.

Tickets: download the ticket into the app. Use the ticket to share your contact details by letting other participants scan your ticket QR code and for the entry of course.

News: with press releases and social-media-channels

Favourites: your favourite companies and events at a glance, synchronize your favourite exhibitors from our online customer centre (requires Messe-Login)

Connect!: Get in contact with further fair attendees. Filter for relevant new business partners and contact them directly.

Scanner: scan functionality for QR-codes, scan QR-Codes on the visitor badges and import this data in your contacts

The app menu allows you to customise your settings regarding the app tracking, find opening times and further information on travelling to Messe Frankfurt, as well as privacy policy and terms of use.

The Navigator App is available for Apple-Products (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) at the App Store as a free App.

Wo kann ich die App auf englisch umstellen ? Warum ist das nicht sichtbar ?

**Developer response:** Guten Tag, die Sprache der App richtet sich nach Ihrer Betriebssystemsprache. Sie erkennt automatisch welche Sprache eingestellt ist und verwendet diese. Ein manuelles Umstellen auf English ist nicht möglich. Freundliche Grüße, Messe Frankfurt, Ellen Matheis

### 5/5 — Unstable app, cannot access business cards and notes

While at the messe last week, I added cards and notes to navigator using my iphone 6. On returning to UK, the app on that iphone 6 disappears from the screen and I am unable to access data in my watchlist or use the navigator. I can use navigator on my laptop and ipad but the cards and notes added last week are not shown.

HaveI lost cards and notes?
Is this info stored on the iphone 6 or on your servers?
I have original cards but not the notes added.

Es ist die fast ideale Messevorbereitung. Der Rundgang kann sehr gut chronologisch oder geographisch geplant werden. 
Optimal wäre noch eine Notizfunktion in der Merkliste, so daß ich mir direkt beim Händler oder Event Stichpunkte zu meinen Wünschen oder Reklamationen machen kann.

( Aussteller ) nicht mehr gespeichert !!! Stundenlange Sucharbeit
In 2 sec weg !!!
Wenn ein Update Einstellungen und gespeicherte Daten löscht,

Stürzt leider ständig ab, die Favoritenliste konnte ich überhaupt nicht aufrufen, die Suchergebnisse scheinen unvollständig. Würde die App funktionieren, wäre das eine tolle Sache.
