I just find it difficult to use. ### 2/5 — Shopping List Issue *2026-03-11, version 25.42.0* The app overall is decent but one big issue ruins it. If you want to make your shopping list in advance, forget it. If you make a list, but close the app, it’s gone. I found this out after spending about a half hour picking items and creating a list only to get to the store and finding when I open the app that there is no list. This is aggravating in the extreme! The old version of the app saved your list automatically. Seems like there should be an easy fix for this. ### 2/5 — App needs a lot of refinement *2026-01-08, version 25.42.0* This app needs a lot of refinement. Had to go back and forth to add credit card . For each item I searched for, had difficulty bringing up search bar . A drop down kept covering it up. Using iPhone. Almost cancelled order. Frustrating. ### 4/5 — Delivery spot *2025-12-23, version 25.42.0* I’m reasonably satisfied with Heinens grocery and delivery. It certainly depends on the shopper. It seems Heinen’s does not pass along choice of delivery spot in case I asked for delivered to the rear door and note that the driveway goes all the way to the back and there’s a place to turn around instead the Heinens drivers stop and deliver it to the front door terrifically inconvenient for them however, the Whole Foods and other grocer delivers always go to the back door so I would urge you to pass it along to your drivers to read the notes first. ### 2/5 — Website doesn’t work well *2025-11-24, version 25.42.0* Trying rj support local business instead of Amazon but the app doesn’t work well and there is NO customer support. ZERO. Any company thinking they can save a buck by removing a minimum wage Custimer service agent and think we don’t notice? THINK AGAIN. The app is very easy to use. The search bar is NOT phenomenal but, it isn’t terrible either. If the developers can work on the search functionality, it could be a significant improvement. ### 2/5 — Update removed ability to contact store with issues *2025-09-11, version 25.25.4* In the previous version of the app, you could report issues with an order very easily and contact customer support directly from the app as well as rate experiences with shoppers and delivery drivers. These features were completely removed. Now if you want to report an item was missing, damaged, or incorrect, you have to call or email the store and hope they care enough to resolve issues (they do not). ### 3/5 — New website. *2025-09-04, version 25.25.4* The new website for shopping is far inferior to the original one. Finding products you want to purchase can be almost impossible. No easy returns, no customer loyalty, expensive prices, $10 per delivery. They are closing all over ### 1/5 — Stick to Groceries *2026-01-18, version 25.42.0* Search capabilities are elementary, saving capabilities and memory are barely existent, glitchy when performing large query searches, and so much more. It also does not save my notes, so each new order/weekly shopping trip I’m having to retype all my notes again. It also does not let you search and choose preferred substitutions, Heinens wants you to type all the possibilities you’d like in the notes. That is ridiculous and not time saving. Finally, have they done away with the shopper texting with questions and updates? ### 1/5 — Ruined the app *2025-08-25, version 25.25.4* I am seriously disliking the new updated app..I have not received items I ordered, finding items is a challenge, updating the order is difficult, and I am not notified when my when my shopper begins, nor when my order is actually completed. Also, I can’t communicate with the shopper. The old app needed some tweaking but this update ruined it. ### 1/5 — Your new web site for home delivery is horrendous *2025-08-22, version 25.25.4* I have been using your home delivery service for over 2 years. I use it weekly if not more. Your new site is absolutely horrible. It is hard to find products and is very user unfriendly.
