App consistently loses orders while still charging your card. Would be much better off if they adopted the same UX as their sister Resturant, Butterfish

I ordered a meal last night and was charged twice for the meal… it’s better to just go to the restaurant and have a meal there.  I’ve had multiple problems with wrong orders, missing items/dressings or extra charges (double charged.

Heirloom doesn’t take phone orders and doesn’t let you use their own gift card to pay on their own app- which makes the gift card we purchased for family basically useless in the time of Covid. What a frustrating user experience. 😒

The food is great here BUT the app is garbage, orders have gotten “lost,” menu items listed on the web site aren’t available on the app and it constantly crashes. I suggest you have an experienced company work on this rather than a manager’s cousin’s neighbor.

Love the food, love the restaurant, love everything about heirloom but the app. So buggy and also doesn’t give me the option to use gift card.

Please add the ability to use a gift card online or in the app. You don’t allow phone orders so to use a gift card you have to go in and wait in the long line and wait for your food when all you want to do it take it to go!

All of these other reviews complain about the app not being able to take gift cards BUT IT DOES NOW! This app is amazing - I can place online orders at one of the BEST restaurants in Fresno, their food and service is impeccable, and they deserve all the love they can get. This app does exactly what it was meant to do and it looks beautiful too! Fantastic restaurant, fantastic app. Love it.
