## What is Hekas?

Hekas Bookings helps patients manage their appointments, packages, subscriptions, payments, and assigned exercises in one secure place.
Book available sessions, choose a specialist when available, check in for upcoming appointments, and review your booking history. You can also manage active plans, view payment receipts, upload requested exercise videos, export your account data, and request account deletion from your profile.
Payments in the app are for health, wellness, and clinic services delivered outside the app.
