## What is Heklok Agent?

Heklok Agent is the time-tracking app for QOVES teams. It is distributed to QOVES staff and partner teams and is not intended for the general public: you need a QOVES Google Workspace account (or an account issued by your Heklok administrator) to sign in.

What it does
- Sign in with your QOVES Google account.
- Pick the task you are working on and start the timer.
- While the timer runs and you have started the screen broadcast, Heklok records your working time and periodic screenshots for your team's Heklok dashboard.
- See the timer running on your other devices and stop it from any of them.
- Sign out from the menu at any time.

Heklok collects time, activity and screenshots only while you are tracking, and only for the organisation you belong to. See the privacy policy for what is stored, for how long, and who can see it.
