Maar ik zie niets van naam, zelfs geen voornaam? ### 1/5 — Niet altijd even duidelijk *2025-08-06, version 4.2.4* De app zou communicatie moeten vergemakkelijken, echter zit je regelmatig te zoeken naar welke info waar verstopt zit. Iets anders wat me mateloos stoort: wanneer je een pushmelding krijgt van een bericht in de helan app, opent dat bericht niet door op de melding te klikken. Zonet, een bericht over fishing. Erop klikken opent de overzichtspagina, het eigenlijke bericht is totaal onvindbaar in de app. Vandaag opnieuw hetzelfde probleem. Graag uw reactie. ### 1/5 — Kan niet inloggen - onmiddellijk error *2024-11-23, version 4.2.2* Sinds een week onmogelijk om in te loggen, steeds error melding dat user name of paswoord niet correct zijn terwijl dit wel het geval is. ### 1/5 — Functies werken niet goed *2024-11-21, version 4.2.2* Functies werken niet goed met dubbele aanvragen tot gevolg. ### 1/5 — Poetshulp *2024-06-19, version 4.2.1* De App is prima je kan alles goed opvolgen tenminste als ze goed bijgewerkt is. De consulent reageert vrij onmiddellijk. De poetshulpen zijn een ramp. Zijn steeds ziek. Dan krijg je een vervanging die ook nog eens 1 h van tevoren afbelt. Die ze ook ziek is. Ze hebben daar niemand in hun systemen zitten die dat soort vervangingen doen. In een ander bedrijf hadden ze enkele dames die dat soort problemen oplosten. Hier zeggen ze gewoon “ ze is ziek” Wat natuurlijk voor grote frustratie zorgt. Toch zeker als je thuis moet blijven om deze dames binnen te laten.
