I emailed to complain and ask for a refund for the remaining 67 mins that I was UNABLE to use due to their rubbish service and was told this was not possible. Waste of time, waste of money, left me in a vulnerable position, no refund! I was at the correct parking spot and still kept giving me a no parking message. What could’ve been 7 minutes ride turned to 15 minutes because most of the way the scooter would slow to crawling speed at which it’s hard even to keep it balanced. So, I walked it until it would speed up again. As a result the ride was $15 - a few dollars more than if I would taken a taxi. Simply not worth it. No indication of a scooter’s condition or battery power before “unlocking”, which costs $1. Most likely, your scooter’s accelerator will not work and the rear wheel will not be released after paying to “unlock” the vehicle. You will also be charged for the time to determine if you can get the scooter to work once unlocked. Therefore, you will spend up to $10 just to find a functional scooter amongst a fleet. Absurd. Criminal? If you are lucky enough to find a functional scooter and if you decide to remain still for a few minutes during your ride, then your scooter will most likely fail as described above.
