How to Ride With Helgg:
​To find Helgg EVs around you, download the Helgg Mobile App on your mobile device. 
Navigate the map and see our e-bikes and scooters in estates and university campuses around you. We provide transport services majorly in these areas.
​Create an account on the App and top your Helgg Virtual Wallet. 
Pay for your trips instantly and without stress with the Virtual Wallet. Top up your Wallet and we’ll do the rest.

​Click Ride.
​Use the QR Code Scanner to scan the QR Code on the vehicle dashboard.
​Your e-bike/scooter is now unlocked and ready to Ride.
​Your Helmet should be worn at all times during your ride for your own safety. 


At Helgg, your safety is our topmost priority. We take the utmost care in making sure your riding experience is as safe as possible. 
Steer clear of expressways and extremely busy roads.
When done Riding, park your electric vehicle in a safe and unobstructed location. Ensure your EV is not parked in driveways, in the middle of roads and sidewalks, and in any other way that may inconvenience a fellow individual.
