La solution ; Veuillez télécharger l’application Helia NC🤣 De la pure bêtise alors que ca marché très bien avant ! Mais continuez d’innover l’OPT .. Et si vous n’avez plus de crédit téléphonique , veuillez appeler une ligne payante 🤣 Sinon vous pourriez innover est créer la E-sim, ça sa répondrais à un vrai besoin ! À non ça existe déjà mais vous êtes à la ramasse! ### 1/5 — Fausse amélioration *2025-09-05, version 2.3.2* L’application ne reconnaît pas mon numéro, donc impossible de recharger mon forfait. Je suis à l’hôpital et ma connexion internet mobile est ma principale source de divertissement et de relations humaines. Avant il suffisait d’envoyer un sms pour recharger, maintenant il faut utiliser une appli qui bugue. Mais du coup, je fais comment pour télécharger l’application si j’ai pas de 4g? Obligée d’attendre un moment avec du wifi pour le faire. C’est absolument ridicule , l’ancien système était bien mieux. ### 1/5 — Manque bcp de choses *2025-07-29, version 2.0.10* Après installation et exploration de l’app je m’aperçoit que l’on peut suivre un seul abonnement hors j’ai des bonnement de data que j’animerai suive. Y’a pa. Les factures n’apparaissent pas . Pour payer n’en parlons pas . On dois basculer de la facture reçu par mai et l’app pr rentrer les numéro de compte numéro de facture. C’est pas pratique du tout. C’est très très très très très très très très très très nul pour un service qu’on paye vraiment très cher depuis des années.
