👋 Hi there, I am the  app developer for Helios. Mindset has been an extremely important part of my growth, and I am excited to share the methods I have researched and implemented in my own life into a condensed interactive application. 

Helios is a mediation app, an affirmations app, and a guided journal that talks back. 

These features are unified through an ai that plans your personalized mindset growth, and works with you through notifications and exercises to step into your most authentic self. 

We deserve to feel compassion towards ourselves, to move with confidence through life, and be disciplined & resilient towards the fulfillment of our potential.
