I will a session and sometimes it will show as recorded but never sync and then will try to create a new one. Constantly losing game and practice data. Frustrating.

The app is sluggish to start sessions maybe half the time. Moving between two player profiles doesn’t always refresh with the players activity or skills of the player you switch to. Have to close app and re-open to see. Today we stopped a game late and it was showing 90m of game time. So I shaved off the max in the end which was about 20m. Before saving it shows 60m of game time that would remain. Upon saving and refreshing now there is only 21m of total game log. :( 

The app doesn’t let you undo anything once editing the activity. I’d like a revert button.

Great idea and used it for a season. However requiring a membership to pay $199 this year then $300 the following is ridiculous.

Great idea, implementation needs a bit more work. It would be useful to be able to adjust time for the actual workout/play as sometimes it’s not possible to start/stop at specific time. There were few times when I accidentally chosen the wrong activity and realized only after (would be useful to have the ability to correct. Recently my app is started having issues connecting. At times i would get prompt that there a previous session is active (after sync), and does not let me cancel it. For example today, I’ve started new session and a message popped up asking to continue previous session, cancel would not work. I started new session, only to find out that it only recorded 1 minute (out of an hour pf practice) frustrating to say the least.  Lastly, the ability to compare scores with others has been significantly degraded.  Once my subscription runs out, i will not be renewing.

Font size and formatting need to be addressed.  The ability to compare stats with other players is severely reduced.

The newest version doesn’t properly track. For an hour session where he was skating at least half the time he was given six minutes of stride time. He usually averages over a 1000 for these.

### 2/5 — Cool Idea but unsure how accurate and have to be very careful how you use it

Good idea but execution needs work and unsure how accurate data is. You literally have to turn it on right before you go on ice and right off after you come off. If you forget than the stats are messed up bc it’s tracking all those minutes and hours when you weren’t skating. You think you will remember but Easier said than done.  It’s great idea and think it will be good at some point but needs a lot of fine tuning (charging, activation , etc )

App and customer service aren’t great. Need to turn the device on literally right before you go on and if you forget to turn off the stats are messed up. I also question the validity of the stats. I went from have very very high balance speed etc as a % to very very low in a matter of a couple of weeks. That’s almost impossible to do. I asked Helios to reset the stats and they wouldn’t.
