## What is Helix Golf Program?

The Helix Golf Performance app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the Helix Golf Performance program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach.  

WHO CAN USE THE APP
Clients can only use the app if they are working with a Helix Golf Performance coach. If you are a Helix Golf Performance client, please contact your coach to receive your invite and login credentials to be able to use this app.

The Helix Golf Performance app allows access to HealthKit, allowing clients to automatically pull in their activity and steps data from Apple Health to their app.
