Trie paying cash and with card but keep getting error message. No driver tracking, and the Order Status screen doesn’t work. Still shows me ‘Out for Delivery’ when it was delivered 5 minutes ago. And can’t update expired credit cards from the app. Can only delete them. I give the app 3 stars because it doesn’t have options to pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay ### 2/5 — Useful, but spammy *2023-01-03, version 2.0.39* App has a toggle for “marketing notifications”, but don’t bother trying to use it, it’ll continue to spam you with marketing notifications anyway. Consider just sticking with the website, it’s less likely to annoy you with ads that way. ### 3/5 — Update needed *2022-12-02, version 2.0.39* So slow! Takes forever to change from delivery to pick up. Can’t start a new order without erasing the old. ### 3/5 — What are you doing, App Devs? *2022-04-07, version 2.0.34* A more-than-decent App overall, but: The App does not need access to my device’s camera, for me to post a review with photos. I’ve already taken the photos, and now that I’ve enjoyed my meal, I’m ready to relax and review it. But, no; your App insists that I allow access to my camera to proceed. Well, (1) no, and (2) that won’t help anyhow; the food already got in our bellies. Just make camera access optional, and let me upload selected photo(s) from my photo library. Hell Pizza get exactly the same, desired result, and you’ve provided an improved UX. Everyone wins. (The current ‘Camera access is mandatory for the user to proceed with the review’ is just silly, so cut that out right now, eh?) ### 3/5 — Allow ability to view stored payment details and choose default settings *2020-10-11, version 2.0.27* The app works well and we use it often. The reason it gets three stars is that there doesn’t seem to be any ability to view full information on stored payment methods. When our debit card expired our bank simply replaced it with a new card that had the exact same number but a new expiration date. I can’t see enough info to figure out which is the old card to delete. It would also be great if the app didn’t automatically default to pick-up, but instead asked you to choose your preferred setting. I’d prefer delivery every time and have been caught out a couple times when dealing with kiddos and other distractions. I ended up having to call the store and make a seperate payment because there’s no ability to edit your order within a certain window of time. These changes would make a good app even better. ### 1/5 — Don’t know what I’m ordering *2020-01-18, version 2.0.18* No pictures, no prices, no quantities = no order. ### 1/5 — Food OK - if you want to wait 2 hours and not know *2019-12-13, version 2.0.18* Had this problem several times and now will not use the app. You order and pay for the pizza....then you get told the wait time. Twice 2 hours or more on ordinary evenings. Do no use if you want certainty of delivery I.e for a meal ### 2/5 — Could be better with easy fixes *2019-11-21, version 2.0.18* You cannot choose a store by town or location, you have to enter your address and if they don’t deliver you cannot choose a store to order from. Doesn’t let you choose when you want your pizza to be ready for pick up. Doesn’t offer deals or codes like other pizza apps. Often crashes. You MUST have an account to use the app. ### 1/5 — Buggier than Beelzebub *2019-10-28, version 2.0.18* This app is such a piece of junk - crashes all the time, takes your money as it crashes and doesn't submit an order to the franchise, and then crashes again because it hates itself almost as much as you hate it. Not good at all. ### 1/5 — Just no *2019-09-01, version 2.0.16* It is difficult to set a order for delivery, and also the app doesn’t remember your preferences (like in the website). I try it occasionally then remember how bad it is and order from elsewhere. First time eaten here and I am full happy and no longer longing for more, as like most pizza eateries around this town. The service was amazing and on point. So in one word. However there could be improvements on the filters (you can’t choose both spicy and vegetarian, and also vegan options should be included in the vegetarian options), and choose your store without entering address. Would be good to also be able to “name” the addresses.
