Starting in April/May 2026 it "hides" possibilityof instant transfers and you are required to do 2 extra clicks to select it as default setting will set it the day after. Better pay cash abroad because your card can randomly get blocked... and of course the wonderful customer service that is never available in the weekend or at night. It’s revolting. I have been using this bank for a long time but this lack of care for the customers and their financial support is making me want to change banks immediately. They haven’t been able to resolve any of my issues yet and I’d rather have money in my hand or saved somewhere rather than to depend on a bank that quite literally doesn’t let you use YOUR money when you need it the most.
