I love the food. Its great. The app is clunky and frustrating. I use it but its painful. Some days it just doesn’t work. It loses information and struggles to move from the menu to the payment screen. Some days it times out and other days it loses the information from one scree to the next.

The app never saves login info (even when you click “remember me”). It’s very clumsy and confusing when it comes to reordering. All of that I can deal with, but the worst is it doesn’t let you use gift cards unless it’s for the whole balance. I have two $5 gift cards I cannot use if I order online.

$9 delivery fees for a $9 salad. No Apple Pay...Having to store my credit card within the app. COVID-era offers an opportunity to fix the issues. Great food that I simply won’t order given these hurdles. Jimmy Johns here I come.

I enjoy the food at Hello Bistro but this app is terrible. It doesn’t keep you signed in and multiple times I’ve gotten the whole way through the ordering process only to have it tell me the order can’t be completed. I don’t always have the opportunity to make a phone call while I’m working if I’m in a meeting so I would get my lunch from Hello Bistro way more frequently if the app actually worked.

This app is easily the most inconvenient restaurant app to order food through.

Login info never saves, requires way too many clicks to order food, and overall feels clumsy / non-intuitive. I rarely use the app to order food because it aggravates me, which usually ends up with me going elsewhere for food. 

Hello Bistro itself is a good place to eat, but this app needs some serious improvements.

This app doesn’t save your information, making you login or redo your information every time you open it. More convenient simply to walk to the store and stand in line. Food is quality but the app is garbage

Just downloaded and tried to create profile but got an error message that said it was unable to create the profile and to try again later. That’s super annoying- if your going to heavily advertise your app and incentivize people to use it, you should probably make sure it works.

I paid around $16 for a ceaser chicken wrap with extra chicken and it was the size of a jumbo hot dog. Had about 1 cup of lettuce and one order of chicken. The workers there could care less when I asked about what I paid $16 for and the laughed and shrugged their shoulder. They don’t care. Never again this place is run by local teens that don’t care and realize this job doesn’t mean anything and they could quit at any time without needing it on their resume. What a shame and rip off

Because it’s trash.  Several times, after selected a “required selection” the app would not advance my order. None of the info fields auto populate.  And it took multiple times to enter payment information even though it was correct from the first try. Outsource this to a different app developer next time.

You app is terrible. It forgets my address, fails, and some days just goes on vacation. It would be equally effective for you to hire people to answer the phone who speak a different language. I hope you fix it bc I love your salads and your food.

Both their app and website allow you to add a bunch of things to your cart but then when you try to go to the cart to check out there is a Please Wait message that spins for about 10 minutes before it times out and says to try again. This has happened to me on more than one occasion

Online ordering is not working. The only location that works is a location in Pennsylvania when I only live 3 minutes from a location in Ohio. It says “location not found” when I type in my city. This needs to be fixed.

I’m obsessed with the super burger! And don’t get me started on the fries. So darn good!!!! And the prices are affordable! The salads are fresh and favorable. My office loves ordering from here. Try it. You won’t be disappointed!
