Nothing loads, slowest financial app on the market.

App is buggy, has less functions than the old Flag app. Half the time can’t see account transactions, still impossible to transfer money from LOC to anywhere without calling. This Bay/Flag merger was very poorly executed.

There are no options for certain things like if you see a transaction you should be able to click on the transaction and see where it came from when it came and what date it was processed, etc. all you can do is see the transaction in the app, you can’t even look to see anything about it. That’s very disappointing to me. When you’re looking at mobile devices, there’s no option to see what the number is. That’s connected sometimes it’ll just say what brand the device is that doesn’t do anybody any good if they’re looking for security information we should be able to see what phone is connected where it was connected, etc. and you can’t even see that on the app you the web. I’m not saying it’s a bad app. It’s function.al but I really believe being able to see your transactions when and where they came from is very important if we could click on that transaction and just see all the information it would probably keep people from having to call the bank

The app is quick - making transfers instantly - and I love the deposit feature when I get checks and don’t want to go to a local branch.
