I have used other apps and where there is an unexpected delay we always get a phone call.. it’s like we are begging these people for the food we ordered.. will not use again! ### 1/5 — 0 Stars - Worst Customer Service *2021-09-11, version 1.0.4* The driver was very rude and cursed at me on her last shift delivery stated her shift was over because I took too long with my payment. She end up leaving with my food. When you contact customer service they treat you like dogs. Waited 3 hrs for my food and when the bearer arrived, he didn’t even have my order!! RIDICULOUS, right? Also, had to be on the phone with him for hours to direct him when my address was less than 10 mins away from the location the order was processed at. Mess. Hot mess. Then, I called the company to inquire about my food, a customer service rep took my call, won’t disclose name, put me on hold then it hung up and I didn’t receive a call back to apologize for the SUPER inconvenience that I had to face. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP. If I could give 0 stars I honestly would!! I Will NOT recommend anyone to use them. First! You have to wait hours on you food and or biker unable to come. When is not bike problem is something Else. After selecting delivery for Ceasar’s pizza I signed since I didn’t have an account, it was straight forward what I didn’t like is that it wanted to link to Facebook which I am not a fan off, so I had to sign up with my land line number, it went through place order for delivery I called to confirm only for them to tell me I have to pick it up so I had to cancel and then call Pizza Hut because when I tried calling Ceasar pizza to place order over phone they never answered after 15 mins.
