Couldn’t sign up with either Apple nor Google. Couldn’t check out to order without an account. Ridiculous bug.

App tells me my order is ready. I go to collect. Oh the app is wrong it’s still at least 20 mins away. 
Terrible. No apology or anything. 
I’d expect better.

really love the food that the hello harry franchises offer however it’s disappointing that they have not made it able to collect points from the counter as i still prefer to be able to have some human contact while order food. hopefully they can update this!
